Three free calculators, open to anyone, no account needed. Each one also works backwards: tell it the score you need and what you already have, and it tells you exactly what is left to get.
IELTS band score calculator
Convert an IELTS Reading raw score out of 40 into an estimated band, using the correct table for Academic or General Training — the two convert differently, and using the wrong one can move the result by a full band. Digital SAT score calculator
Scores College Board's paper Practice Test #4 using their own conversion table, which reports a lower and an upper bound rather than a single number. Also totals your two section scores out of 1600, checks them against the official 480 and 530 readiness benchmarks, and works backwards from a target. TOEFL iBT score calculator
Updated for the 1–6 scale ETS introduced in January 2026, where the overall score is the average of four sections rounded to the nearest half band. The Digital SAT app covers the whole test: 1,050 questions by topic, four full-length adaptive practice tests, a diagnostic and flashcards. The IELTS app covers Reading and Writing for both Academic and General Training — full 40-question papers marked to the real rules, and both Writing tasks under one timed hour. Speaking and Listening are taught in live classes rather than in the app. Live tutoring across all programmes is a paid, booked service.
